Everyone deserves support.
Humans are resilient, creative, adaptive creatures. Often, our problems are not proof of some personal failure, but are the result of adaptations we made in response to — or just to survive — our environment.
We do what we need to do to make it through the day. But sometimes we know that it's time to make a change. Whether you're feeling stuck in your creative practice, navigating a new identity as nonbinary or queer, trying to practice allyship with self-compassion, or working through changes in your relationships, my job is to support you along the way.
